Meat giant Tyson has certainly noticed the consumer shift towards plant-based foods. First becoming a major stakeholder in Beyond Meat and now launching their own brand of plant-based foods, including this plant protein bowl. It will be interesting to see how other major players in the food industry follow suit as these trends continue.

The Green Street brand will include plant-based protein bowls made with ingredients such as lentils, chickpeas, and quinoa.
