The mastermind behind Ahimi (tomato “tuna” sashimi) is currently working with the United Nations to construct and meet sustainable development goals and pioneering an initiative to feed a world of 12 billion humans toward which we are rapidly heading.
James is set to keynote the United Nations virtual event on Principles of Responsible Management Education, scheduled for October 26-29, 2020.
